567db offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received must be fulfilled.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A promotional offer may be used only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is active, the free bet amount available on that account may be limited.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's automatic acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

13.2 Account Closure

A member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. 567db reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, or failure to verify age.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the member must first contact the 567db support team. Our team will make every effort to resolve the dispute fairly and promptly.

• Any complaint must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
